中文摘要:地质构造对煤矿的安全生产工作具有重要影响,超前探明并了解地质构造的发育情况,能够优化矿井采掘巷道的布置方式,减少煤炭资源的浪费,避免采掘和生产接替工作的延误。唐家会煤矿6号煤层为赋存稳定、开采面积大的特厚煤层,该井田内构造复杂,断层较多且断层落差较大,对工作面的采掘布置和安全生产有重要影响。断层位置的超前探查,具有重要意义。煤矿井下定向钻进技术具有有效距离长、轨迹可精确控制等特点,采用该技术能够远距离超前精准探查断层位置和落差。通过在一个钻场内施工远距离定向长钻孔主孔及多分支孔,准确控制断层位置及断层落差。通过定向钻孔探查验证,确定DF008存在,综合落差约13m,为该区域采掘工作面的超前布置和安全生产提供了准确依据。

Research on fault detection application of directional drilling technology in coal mine
Abstract:Geological structure has an important impact on the safe production of coal mines. Advance detection and understanding of the development of geological structures can optimize the layout of mining roadways, reduce the coal waste of resources, and avoid delays in mining and production replacement work. The No. 6 coal seam in Tangjiahui Coal Mine is an extra-thick coal seam with stable and large mining area. The structure in this mine is complex, with many faults and large gaps, which has an important impact on the mining layout and safety production of the working face. Advance detection of fault locations has great significance. Directional drilling technology in coal mines has the characteristics of long effective distance and precise trajectory control.Which technology can detect fault locations and falls from a long distance. By constructing long-distance directional boring main holes and multi-branched holes in one drilling site, the fault location and drop can be accurately controlled. Through directional drilling exploration and verification, the existence of DF008 was determined, and the comprehensive drop was about 13 m, which provided an accurate basis for the advanced layout and safe production of mining faces in this area.
