脉冲放电应力波致裂不同煤阶煤体规律研究

中文摘要:为了揭示脉冲放电应力波加载条件(峰值压力)对不同煤阶煤的体致裂效果及其振动速度变化规律,利用颗粒流PFC2D软件对不同加载条件下裂纹扩展规律及振动衰减进行了研究。研究结果表明:(1)随着峰值压力的增大,裂隙数目、破裂面积都呈现出先增大再减小的趋势,15MPa峰值压力下,肥煤、焦煤裂纹数目、破裂面积达到最大;(2)不同煤阶煤样达到裂纹数目最多时,煤阶越高所需要的峰值压力越大,相同峰值压力下煤阶越低,煤体产生的裂纹越多,致裂效果越好;(3)验证了峰值压力与振动峰值速度有关,随着峰值压力的增大,速度呈现出先增大再减小的趋势,在15MPa峰值压力下,肥煤、焦煤的振动衰减幅度比较平缓、持续时间比较长,无烟煤在35MPa衰减更平缓,故在不同峰值压力下裂纹数目达到最多。

Study on the Law of Coal and Rock Mass Fracturing with Different Strength by Pulse Discharge Stress Wave
Abstract:In order to reveal the fracturing effect of pulse discharge stress wave loading conditions (peak pressure) on different ranks of coal and the law of variation of vibration velocity, the law of crack propagation and vibration attenuation under different loading conditions were studied by particle flow PFC2D software. The results show that the results show that: (1) with the increase of peak pressure, the number of cracks and the area of cracks increase first and then decrease. Under the peak pressure of 15 MPa, the number of cracks and the area of cracks of coking coal and fat coal reach the maximum; (2) The number of cracks in different ranks of coal samples is the largest, and the higher rank of coal, the higher peak pressure is needed; Under the same peak pressure, the lower the rank of coal, the more cracks produced by coal, the better the cracking effect. (3) It is verified that the peak pressure is related to the peak velocity of vibration. With the increase of the peak pressure, the velocity increases first and then decreases. Under the peak pressure of 15MPa, the vibration attenuation of fat coal and coking coal is relatively mild and the duration is longer, anthracite attenuates more slowly at 35 MPa, so the number of cracks reaches the maximum at different peak pressures.
