深孔预裂爆破装药量计算方法及水耦合装药结构优化

中文摘要:岩体内爆破裂隙的发育程度与装药参数密切相关。针对现有装药量计算方法在深孔预裂爆破应用中适用性差的问题,通过建立柱状装药简化计算模型,基于体积法计算原则,提出了一种深孔预裂爆破装药量计算方法;分析了水压爆破作用机理,对深孔预裂水耦合爆破装药结构进行优化,解决了深孔封堵劳动量大、含水地层封堵困难、炸药拒爆不易处理的难题;采用上述研究成果,在新驿煤矿硬岩巷道开展了综掘硬岩深孔预裂爆破现场试验,借助钻孔成像仪及声波测试仪进行爆破效果检测。结果表明;爆破后孔内岩石大量裂隙增加,岩石完整性下降,封堵段岩石完整性系数下降至0.3~0.5,装药段下降至0.1,综掘机推进过程中爆破区域推进速度增加,验证了装药量计算方法及装药结构的优越性。

Calculation method of charge in deep hole pre-split blasting and optimization of water-coupling charge structure
Abstract:The development degree of blasting fracture in rock mass is bound up with charging parameters. In view of the poor adaptability of the existing charge calculation methods in the application of deep hole pre-split blasting, a new charge calculation method for deep hole pre-split blasting was proposed, based on the calculation principle of volumetric method, through establishing a simplified calculation model of columnar charge; This paper analyzes the mechanism of hydraulic blasting, optimizes the charge structure of deep hole pre-split water-coupled blasting, and solves the problems of large amount of labor in deep hole plugging, difficulty in plugging of water-bearing formation, and difficulty in dealing with explosion rejection of explosive. The above research results applied, the field test of deep hole pre-split blasting in fully-mechanized excavation hard rock was carried out in the hard rock tunnel of Xinyi coal mine. The blasting effect is detected by borehole imager and Sonic tester. The results show that: after blasting, number of cracks in the rock of the hole increased; the rock integrity decreased; the rock integrity coefficient of the plugging section decreased to 0.3~0.5; the charging section decreased to 0.1, and the advance speed in the blasting area increased during the driving process of the road-header, which verified the advantages of the charging calculation method and charging structure.
