双向渐厚综放工作面不同开采时期来压特征研究

中文摘要:针对焦作矿区首个综放工作面—九里山矿15081工作面的复杂开采技术条件,对其初采时期,局部放煤时期,放煤时期三个时期的基本顶来压步距与来压强度进行的研究,根据理论计算和现场监测,揭示了该面在不同时期的来压特征:随着放煤范围的扩大,整个工作面的来压强烈程度会逐渐降低,直至不太明显;局部放煤时期与放煤时期相比,周期来压步距差距不大,来压强度与日常支架工作阻力水平略高。研究结果为本矿井的安全高效绿色生产提供了理论指导与现场经验。

Research on weighing characteristic of Longwall Top-Coal Caving face in different mining periods in two-direction thickening coal seam
Abstract:In terms of the complicated mining technical conditions of 15081 fully mechanized caving face of Jiulishan Mine in Jiaozuo, the basic roof weighting step and weighting strength in the initial mining period, partial coal caving period and fully coal caving period are studied. Based on theoretical calculation and field monitoring, the weighting characteristics of the face in different periods are revealed:With the enlargement of caving range, the weighting intensity of the whole face will gradually decrease until it is not obvious.Compared with the fully caving period, the periodic weighting step distance of partial coal caving period is not much longer, the weighting strength and the level of working resistance of daily support are slightly higher. It provides theoretical guidance and field experience for safe and efficient green mining in this coal and gas outburst mine.
