大气压变化对采空区瓦斯涌出影响的试验研究

中文摘要:为阐明大气压变化影响瓦斯涌出的作用机理,实验研究了地表、采煤工作面、采空区中气体静压的相对变化关系,探究了大气压波动时采空区瓦斯浓度的演化规律,分析评价了老虎台矿现有防治技术体系。地表大气压与工作面空气静压同步变化,但采空区深部气体静压变化相较前两者具有明显的滞后性,该滞后性导致的采空区内外气压差是导致瓦斯涌出的直接原因。关于采空区瓦斯浓度,工作面气压与瓦斯涌出变化趋势的反向特性和变化速率的一致性决定了大气压快速持续降低时段必然是采空区瓦斯大量涌向工作面的危险时期。老虎台矿大气压监测预警、加强采空区瓦斯抽放、增大工作面风量的“三位一体”防治技术体系可有效控制大气压快速持续降低导致的采空区瓦斯异常涌出。

Experimental Investigation on Influence of Atmospheric Pressure Change on Gas Emission in Goaf
Abstract:For figuring out the mechanism of the influence of atmospheric pressure on gas emission, the static pressure’s relations on surface, in coal face and goaf were experimentally studied, the change of gas concentration in goaf during atmospheric pressure fluctuation is explored, and the prevention and control system of Laohutai Coal Mine was introduced. The static pressure in coal face changes synchronously with the atmospheric pressure, but the change in the goaf has obvious hysteresis. The air pressure difference in the goaf caused by the hysteresis is the direct cause of gas emission. Regarding the gas concentration in goaf, when the statistic pressure decreased in coal face, the gas concentration in goaf increased, presenting a significantly negative correlation. The prevention and control system of Laohutai Coal Mine consists of monitoring the atmospheric pressure, enhancing the gas drainage in goaf, and increasing the air volume. This system can effectively control the abnormal gas emission caused by the rapid and continuous reduction of atmospheric pressure.
