近距离煤层下组煤回采巷道围岩破碎机理及加固技术研究

中文摘要:为了阐释近距离煤层下组煤回采巷道围岩破碎、支护体失效等矿压现象,以沙坪煤矿为工程背景。沙坪煤矿1808辅运顺槽位于8号上分层18204辅运顺槽与18204胶运顺槽之间煤柱之下,在复合叠加压力的影响下,出现巷帮破碎、顶板下沉和底鼓等问题。通过理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了1808辅运顺槽围岩变形破坏形式及原因,并根据现场实际条件,提出了注浆加补打锚杆对围岩进行补强加固。后期通过巷道的变形观测结合围岩松动圈测试围岩体内的破坏情况,结果显示变形破碎区域采用深浅孔层次全断面注浆与锚杆联合支护后,巷道围岩结构较为完整,无松动破坏,有效的解决了近距离煤层下组煤破碎围岩巷道支护难题。

Study on Surrounding Rock Fragmentation Mechanism and Reinforcement Technology of Mining Roadway under Close Seam Liu Xueye 1, Yan Guochao1,Zhang Yuanfang2
Abstract:In order to explain the rock pressure phenomena of surrounding rock fragmentation and support failure in the mining roadway of the lower group of close coal seam, Shaping Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background. Shaping Coal Mine 1808 auxiliary haulage chute is located under the pillar between the upper layer 18204 auxiliary haulage chute and the 18204 rubber haulage chute. Under the influence of compound overlapping pressure, problems such as roadway breakage, roof subsidence and floor heave occur. Based on the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the forms and causes of deformation and failure of surrounding rock in 1808 auxiliary transport channel are analyzed. According to the actual conditions on site, grouting and bolting are proposed to reinforce surrounding rock. In the later stage, the deformation observation of the roadway and the failure of the surrounding rock mass are combined with the loosening circle of the surrounding rock. The results show that the roadway surrounding rock structure is relatively complete and there is no loosening failure after the combined support of deep and shallow hole level full-section grouting and bolt is adopted in the deformation and fractured area, which effectively solves the support problem of the roadway in the broken surrounding rock of the coal seam under the close distance.
