氮气—细水雾两相流采空区流动特性的数值模拟

中文摘要:为研究氮气—细水雾两相流在采空区内流动特性的一般规律,本文应用计算流体力学软件fluent模拟氮气和细水雾两相流在采空区内的流动。结果表明,氮气和细水雾能够覆盖采空区自燃三带,氮气在x方向的速度为19.8-22m/s,能够较大程度地降低整个自燃三带的氧气浓度,能携带液滴更均匀地分布于采空区。液滴能在16.7s这一较短时间范围内覆盖采空区。液滴的质量分数随着x轴方向的距离不断减小,不自燃带的液滴质量分数最大,自燃带其次,窒息带最小。液滴的运动速度与x轴方向距离成负相关,液滴在不自燃带的速度最大,在自燃带的次之,在窒息带最小。

Numerical simulation of flow characteristics of nitrogen-water mist two-phase flow in goaf
Abstract:In order to study the general law of the flow characteristics of nitrogen-water mist two-phase flow in goaf, the computational fluid dynamics software fluent is used to simulate the flow of nitrogen-water mist two-phase flow in goaf in this paper. The results show that nitrogen and water mist can cover the three zones of spontaneous combustion in the goaf. The velocity of nitrogen in the X direction is 19.8-22m/s, which can reduce the oxygen concentration in the whole spontaneous combustion zone to a great extent and carry droplets more evenly in the goaf. The droplet can cover the goaf in a short time range of 16.7s. The mass fraction of the droplet decreases with the distance in the x-axis direction. The droplet mass fraction of the non-spontaneous combustion zone is the highest, followed by the spontaneous combustion zone, and the lowest in suffocative zone. The velocity of droplets is negatively correlated with the distance in the x-axis direction. The velocity of droplets in the non-spontaneous combustion zone is the highest, followed by the spontaneous combustion zone, and the lowest in the suffocative zone.
