巴润矿24m高台阶孔内微差爆破数值模拟研究

中文摘要:为了确定巴润矿24m高台阶孔内微差爆破合理起爆点位置组合,在采用常规高台阶爆破参数的条件下,依据毫秒微差爆破机理,利用非线性动力分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对孔内微差爆破不同起爆点的时间起爆顺序组合进行了数值模拟对比分析,得出高台阶炮孔孔内微差起爆应力场规律及孔内微差起爆顺序的组合为下部低端先起爆,上部顶部延期间隔起爆效果最佳。

Numerical Simulation of Millisecond Blasting in 24m High Step Hole of Barur Mine
Abstract:In order to determine the reasonable starting point combination of the millisecond blasting in the 24m high stepped hole of the Barun Mine, the nonlinear dynamic analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to make the hole according to the millisecond millisecond blasting mechanism under the condition of the conventional high step blasting parameters. The numerical simulation and comparison analysis of the time series of different detonation points in the inner differential blasting are carried out. It is concluded that the combination of the differential detonation stress field law and the in-hole differential detonation sequence in the high step blasthole is the lower low-end first detonation, the upper part The top delay interval of has the best effect.
