某矿山矿石爆破相似试验模型强度力学测试分析

中文摘要:某矿山采用无底柱分段崩落法,中深孔爆破,矿体节理裂隙发育,矿石物理力学性质比较复杂,矿石爆破相似试验模型材料的强度难以确定,因此本文根据相似理论针对矿石进行相似性分析并设置三组不同配比的模型试件进行力学测试。通过对模型试件的测试结果进行数据处理得到三组试件的 σ-ε 曲线图。分析三组试件的破坏形式,计算出三组试件的物理力学参数并结合相似理论对矿石物理力学性质分析的理论值,最终得到满足矿石爆破相似试验的模型强度。

Strength and mechanical test of similar blasting test model of a mine
Abstract:A mine adopts a bottomless sublevel caving method and a medium-deep hole blasting ways, the ore joints are developed, and the physical and mechanical properties of the ore are complex. It is difficult to determine the strength of the similar test model material for ore blasting. Therefore, according to the similarity theory, this paper analyzes the similarity of ore and sets up the model of three groups of different proportion specimen for mechanical testing. The curve of three groups of specimens are obtained by data processing of the test results of the model specimens. The destruction forms of the three groups of specimens are analyzed,the physical and mechanical parameters of three groups specimens are calculated, and the theoretical values of physical and mechanical properties of ore are analyzed with similarity theory. Finally, the strength of the model that satisfies the similar test of ore blasting is obtained.
