矿山酸性水腐蚀条件下破碎带巷道支护方案优化

中文摘要:为了解决矿山井下破碎段巷道在酸性水腐蚀条件下的支护失效问题,通过分析井下酸性水形成过程,并对典型区域的酸性水成分进行检测,分析了酸性水对巷道支护的破坏机理。通过查阅相关文献,提出在混凝土中添加适量粉煤灰以提高混凝土的抗腐蚀能力。通过开展不同粉煤灰添加量混凝土试件在干湿循环酸性腐蚀条件下养护28d后的强度试验,最终确定粉煤灰添加量为20%时混凝土抗腐蚀能力最佳。通过对巷道的应力分布进行分析,提出了酸性水腐蚀条件下巷道支护的优化方案,新方案比旧方案支护总成本降低约384元/m,降低比例39.6%,产生了较高的经济效益。

Optimization of broken roadway support scheme under Acidic Water Corrosion Condition
Abstract:In order to solve the broken roadway support failure problem under the acidic water corrosion condition, the formation process of acidic water was analyzed and the acidic water component was detected in typical area to analyze the damage mechanism of acid water to roadway support.By consulting the relevant literature, it was proposed to add an appropriate amount of fly ash to the concrete to improve the corrosion resistance of the concrete. The strength test of the concrete specimens with different fly ash additions under the acidic corrosion conditions of dry and wet cycles was carried out, and finally the concrete corrosion resistance was best when the amount of fly ash added was 20%. Based on the analysis of the stress distribution of the roadway, the optimization scheme of roadway support under acidic water corrosion conditions was proposed. The total cost of the new scheme was reduced by 384 yuan/m compared with the old scheme and the reduction ratio was 39.6%.
