近距煤层群下部煤层回采巷道布置研究

中文摘要:近距煤层群开采工作面间易相互作用,下部采场围岩力学环境复杂,巷道布置要求高,合理性布置回采巷道是下部煤层高效开采的关键。为解决下部煤层回采巷道布置难题,综合采用现场实测、数值计算、理论分析等手段,对下部煤层回采巷道松动圈范围、巷道布置影响因素、巷道布置参数等进行研究,研究结果表明:近距煤层群下部回采巷道布置的主要影响因素为上部采场残余煤柱承载、上部采空区水及同煤层采动作用;残余煤柱承载形态呈现为马鞍状,煤柱承载会向底板岩层转移,并于煤柱附近底板岩层中发生应力集中,应力强度与距煤柱距离呈负相关性;下部煤层同煤层临近采场采动促使拟布置巷道围岩承压整体呈现出“升高-降低-升高-降低”的分布特征,且上下采场采动作用易叠加;近距下部煤层回采巷道布置的关键是兼顾上、下煤层采动影响,合理设计工作面间煤柱宽度。

Study on mining roadway layout in lower seam of close seam group
Abstract:The face of close seam group is easy to interact with each other, mechanical environment of the surrounding rock in the lower stope is complex, and the high roadway layout requirements, reasonable layout of roadway is the key to efficient mining of lower coal seam. In order to solve the problem of roadway layout in lower seam, field measurements, numerical calculations, theoretical analysis and other methods are adopted to study the range of roadway loose circle , the roadway layout influence factors and the roadway layout parameters, results show that the residual coal pillar bearing of upper stope, the upper goaf water and the mining action of the same coal seam are the main influence factors of roadway layout in lower seam; the bearing shape of residual coal pillar is saddle-shaped, the bearing will transfer to the floor and form the stress concentration in the floor rock near the pillar, stress intensity is negatively correlated with the distance from the residual pillar; the pressure distribution feature in the roadway surrounding is “increase - decrease - increase - decrease” under the mining action of the near stope of the same coal seam, and it is easy to superimpose the mining action of the upper and lower stope; the key to the layout of the near-lower coal seam mining roadway is to take into account the influence of upper and lower coal seam mining and reasonably design the width of the coal pillar.
