中文摘要:采动区建筑物破坏一直是大量学者研究的重点,然而建筑的破坏往往不是单一原因造成的,而是多种因素协同作用下的结果,这给采动区建筑损害预计评价带来困难,所以亟待开展研究。故本文以采动区受损建筑物为研究对象,首先对造成采动区建筑物受损的主要因素进行分析,建立采动区建筑物受损风险的评价指标体系,进而在其基础上建立采动区建筑物损害综合评价模型。该模型可为采动区建筑物损害前期的预防保护与后期的鉴定赔偿工作提供参考。

Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation of Building Damage in Mining Subsidence Area
Abstract:The destruction of buildings in the mining subsidence area has always been the focus of a large number of scholars. However, the destruction of buildings is often not caused by a single cause, but by a combination of factors. It is difficult to estimate the damage of construction damage in mining subsidence area, so it is urgent to research. Therefore, this paper takes the damaged buildings in mining subsidence area as the research object. Firstly, the main factors that cause damage to the mining subsidence area are analyzed, and the evaluation index system of the damage risk of mining subsidence area is established; on the basis of it, a comprehensive evaluation model of damage in mining subsidence area is established. It can provide some reference for the prevention and protection of the damage of the buildings in the mining subsidence area and the compensation for the later period.
