生物铁修复Cr(VI)污染土壤的试验研究

中文摘要:将海绵铁介于活性污泥中以SBR法培养得到生物铁,通过单因素实验对生物铁修复模拟Cr(VI)污染土壤的影响因素、效果及其机理进行研究。结果表明:生物铁修复Cr(VI)污染土壤受时间、pH值、生物铁投加量、Cr(VI)初始浓度的影响;生物铁投加量越大、Cr(VI)初始浓度越低,Cr(VI)的修复效果越好,pH对修复效果影响较小。Cr(VI)初始浓度为333.33mg/kg,投加1440mg/kg生物铁,7d后土壤中Cr(VI)的浓度为42.87mg/kg,去除率为87.14%,达到国家土壤环境质量一级标准。生物铁通过氧化还原、电化学、物理吸附、络合沉淀及生物作用修复土壤Cr(VI)。

Study on the bio-iron for remediation of Cr(VI) in contaminated soil
Abstract:The bio-iron is obtained by culturing the sponge iron in the activated sludge during the SBR process,the influence factors, effects and mechanism of Cr(VI) contaminated soil were studied by single factor experiment.The results show: Remediation effect of Cr (VI) contaminated soil was affected by the time, pH value, bio - iron dosage and Cr (VI) initial concentration.The greater the bio-iron dosage or the lower the initial concentration of Cr (VI), the better the remediation effect of Cr (VI),pH has little effect on repair.In this experiment, the initial concentration of Cr (VI) was 333.33mg/kg,the dosage of bio-iron was 1440mg/kg, and.Cr (VI) contaminated soil is treated by bio-iron repair through oxidation-reduction, electrochemical, physical adsorption, complex precipitation.
