尾砂自流充填系统中立式砂仓的研究及应用现状

中文摘要:随着国家绿色发展理念导向政策的贯彻落实,绿色开采技术已成为矿山的创新主方向。充填采矿法具有安全、回采率高、对地表生态环境破坏较小等一系列不可替代的优点,越来越多的矿山开始建立充填系统实现充填采矿。立式砂仓作为尾砂自流充填系统的核心环节,具有装砂、储砂、放砂功能。其中,放砂尤其重要,放砂底流浓度和砂浆流量是影响充填效率与成本的重要因素。文章对立式砂仓的研究应用现状做了相关介绍,并根据现有研究成果对尾砂自流充填系统中立式砂仓放砂的研究方向进行了探讨。

The research and application status of vertical tailings silo in tailings gravity filling system
Abstract:With the implementation of a sustainable development strategy in China, green mining technology has become the main focus of technical innovation in mining. The backfill mining method, due to its safety, high recovery ratio, and lower levels of damage to the surrounding environment, has meant that more mines have begun to build filling systems so as to implement backfill mining methods. As an integral part of a filling system, vertical silos can load, store, and discharge tailing slurry. The discharge of tailings from vertical silos is important, and its underflow concentration and slurry flow regime affect the efficiency and cost of filling. This paper discusses the research status and introduces the application status of vertical tailings silo. And further discusses the underflow research direction of vertical tailings silo in tailings gravity filling system based on existing research results.
