活性褐煤与菌根菌配施对矿区土壤性状及披碱草生长的影响

中文摘要:内蒙古伊敏矿区排土场土壤贫瘠,结构性差,改善土壤结构、提高土壤肥力是当地生态重建首要解决的问题。本研究通过盆栽实验研究活性褐煤与菌根菌配合施用对土壤性质和披碱草生长的影响,结果表明随着活性褐煤使用量的增加,土壤中速效养分、有机质含量、阳离子交换量及土壤微生物量逐渐增加,土壤质量显著改善;活性褐煤与菌根菌配合施用,用量不超过4500kg/ha时,促进披碱草根系菌根侵染,用量不超过7500kg/ha时提高了侵染根段、根系丛枝丰富度;同时随活性褐煤施用量的增加(0-7500kg/ha),披碱草地上部分和地下部分生物量均有不同程度的增加。因此,在实际应用中我们推荐活性褐煤的用量为4500-7500kg/ha。

Effects of different amounts of active lignite and mycorrhizal fungi on soil properties and growth of Elymus nutans in Yimin mining area
Abstract:The soil of dumping site in Inner Mongolia Yimin mining area is poor structure and lack of nutrients, therefore improving the soil structure and fertility is primary solution to the ecological reconstruction of this area. This study used pot experiments to explore the impact of different addition amount of active lignite combined with mycorrhizal fungus on soil properties including available nutrients and microorganisms and the growth of Elymus dahuricus, in order to provide scientific basis for the active lignite with mycorrhizal fungus used land reclamation and ecological restoration in Yimin mine area. The results show that with the increase in usage amount of active lignite, the soil of available nutrients, organic matter, cation exchange capacity, and quantity of microorganisms are on the increase. The amount of active lignite with mycorrhizal fungus fertilizer not more than 4500kg/ha, can promote the growth of Elymus root colonization, and the amount not more than 7500kg/ha improves the root colonization of Arbuscular richness; at the same time with the increase of the amount of active lignite fertilizer, the aboveground and underground biomass of Elymus increased when active lignite amount is not more than 7500kg/ha. Therefore, in practical application, the proposed dosage of active lignite is 4500-7500kg/ha to improve the soil quality of mine area.
