粉尘提取机砂粉分离影响规律研究

中文摘要:针对粉尘提取机出砂率低问题,根据气固两相流原理,建立了粉尘提取机分离模型。通过FLUENT进行数值分析,利用试验设计方法,得到了进风口风速、粉尘出口压力、溜料板角度及粉尘出口截面直径对出砂率的影响规律。分析了进风口风速与粉尘出口压力、进风口风速与粉尘出口压力、粉尘出口压力与粉尘出口截面直径之间的交互作用。试验结果表明当进风口风速为15.26m/s,粉尘出口压力为-628.39Pa,溜料板角度为90°,粉尘出口截面直径为1000mm时,出砂率最佳,为95.35%。该试验分析为粉尘提取机设计提供了理论依据。

Study on the influence law of sand powder separation of sand powder separation machine
Abstract:According to the principle of gas-solid two-phase flow, the separation model of dust extractor is established. Numerical analysis by fluent,By using the experimental design method, the effects of air inlet velocity, dust outlet pressure, chute angle and dust outlet section diameter on sand production rate are obtained. This paper analyzes the interaction between the air inlet speed and the dust outlet pressure, the air inlet speed and the dust outlet pressure, the dust outlet pressure and the dust outlet section diameter. The test results show that when the wind speed of the air inlet is 15.26m/s, the dust outlet pressure is -628.39pa, the angle of the chute plate is 90 °, and the diameter of the dust outlet section is 1000mm, the sand production rate is the best, which is 95.35%. The experimental analysis provides a theoretical basis for the design of sand powder separation machine.
