|Abstract:According to the principle of gas-solid two-phase flow, the separation model of dust extractor is established. Numerical analysis by fluent,By using the experimental design method, the effects of air inlet velocity, dust outlet pressure, chute angle and dust outlet section diameter on sand production rate are obtained. This paper analyzes the interaction between the air inlet speed and the dust outlet pressure, the air inlet speed and the dust outlet pressure, the dust outlet pressure and the dust outlet section diameter. The test results show that when the wind speed of the air inlet is 15.26m/s, the dust outlet pressure is -628.39pa, the angle of the chute plate is 90 °, and the diameter of the dust outlet section is 1000mm, the sand production rate is the best, which is 95.35%. The experimental analysis provides a theoretical basis for the design of sand powder separation machine.
