中文摘要:针对万利一矿31煤工作面末采期间矿压显现剧烈、回撤通道变形大而影响回撤效率的问题,通过现场监测、数值模拟、理论分析等方法,研究了回撤通道顶板结构及裂隙发育情况,并通过建立的FLAC3D数值模型,分析了工作面前方的应力矢量分布规律和末采期间回撤通道的塑性区演化规律,基于此,结合工程类比提出针对性的回撤通道补强支护方案,现场应用后有效控制了围岩失稳,效果良好。

Distribution characteristics of mining stress at the end stage and surrounding rock control in pre-excavation double retracting channel
Abstract:During the final mining period of the 31 coal seam working face in wanli coal mine, the mine pressure appears violently, which leads to the large deformation of the retracting channel and affects the retracting efficiency. In order to solve this problem, the methods of field monitoring, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis are applied. Firstly, the roof structure and fissure development of the retracting passage were obtained by field detection. Based on the established FLAC3D numerical model, the stress vector distribution law in front of the working face and the plastic zone evolution law of the retracting channel during the final mining period are analyzed. Based on this, combining with the engineering analogy, the paper puts forward a targeted reinforcement support scheme for the retracting channel, which can effectively control the surrounding rock instability after the field application and has a good effect.
