烧结燃料焦炭细碎工艺优化研究与实践(增刊)

中文摘要:烧结矿是炼铁过程的首要工艺,烧结燃料粒度分布对烧结工艺有重要影响。烧结燃料多为干馏焦炭,需经破碎工艺处理才能形成配料。目前,多数烧结燃料焦炭破碎通过“对辊破碎机粗碎-四辊破碎机细碎系统”两段破碎工艺处理。生产实践中,该工艺存在流程复杂,控制环节多,辊面易偏磨,粒度偏大等问题,不仅维护成本高,还严重影响后续烧结工艺品质。利用惯性圆锥破碎机可有效实现振动破碎作用,形成一段破碎,产品粒度大幅改善;同时可通过调节频率、间隙偏心惯量方便实现破碎过程可控可调,能满足不同生产原料、不同生产工艺的粒度要求,生产成本低,具有良好的生产性能。

Research on optimization of sintering coke fine crushing process
Abstract:Sintering is the primary process of iron making process, and the particle size distribution of sintering fuel has an important influence on the sintering process. The sintering fuel is mostly coke from dry distillation, which should be processed by the crushing process to form the ingredients. At present, most of the sintered fuel coke is crushed by a two-stage crushing process of “two-roll-crusher-four-rollr-crusher system”. In the production practice, the process has some problems, which not only result in high maintenance cost, but also seriously affects the quality of the subsequent sintering process, such as complex processes, many control links, regular eccentric wear of the roll surface, and large particle size of the production. To optimize production processes, the inertia cone crusher can be used to improve the vibration crushing effect effectively, simplify the crushing process, and optimize the product granularity. By changing the frequency and the gap eccentric inertia, the crushing process can be controlled and adjusted, which can meet different granularity requirements of different production materials and different production processes with low production cost and good production performance.
