中文摘要:随着无人驾驶、人工智能等科学技术的发展,无人驾驶电机车有轨运输系统已在矿山成熟应用。地下矿山无人驾驶有轨运输系统的成熟应用解决了传统矿山运输环节长期存在的管理难度大、运输效率低、安全性能差等瓶颈问题。但无人驾驶运输系统的高效运行会加速运输轨道的变形、松动。针对无人驾驶运输系统高效运行加速轨道变形的问题,根据矿山地下特殊环境,利用二维激光测量原理,设计一套地下矿山有轨运输轨道检测系统,实现矿山运输轨道轨距非接触式动态检测。对轨距检测系统进行现场测试,测试结果表明,地下矿山有轨运输非接触式动态轨距检测系统能够适应地下矿山环境、精度高,能够提高矿山轨道检测效率,满足无人驾驶运输系统对轨道检测的要求,可为地下矿山无人驾有轨运输系统保驾护航。

Design and implementation of non-contact dynamic track detection system for rail transportation in underground mines
Abstract:With the development of science and technology such as unmanned driving and artificial intelligence, the rail transportation system of unmanned electric locomotive has been used in mines. The mature application of underground mine unmanned rail transportation system has solved the bottleneck problems such as difficult management, low transportation efficiency and poor safety performance in the traditional mine transportation link. However, the efficient operation of the unmanned transportation system will accelerate the deformation and loosening of the transportation track. Aiming at the problem of acceleration track deformation in the high-efficiency operation of unmanned transportation system, a set of detection system of underground mine track transportation is designed according to the special underground environment of mine and the principle of two-dimensional laser measurement, so as to realize non-contact dynamic detection of mine track gauge. Track detection system for field test, the test results show that the underground mine rail transport non-contact dynamic track detection system can adapt to underground mine environment, high accuracy, can improve the efficiency of mining rail detection, meet the requirements of unmanned transport system of track detection, for the underground mining unmanned driving rail transport system.
