西石门铁矿北区破碎围岩锚网喷支护技术研究

中文摘要:摘要: 为了解决西石门铁矿北区矽卡岩和完整性较好的矿石部位巷道使用拱架支护成本高、效果不理想的问题,设计采用锚网喷技术对巷道进行支护。为了取得理想的支护效果,需要对支护参数进行分析与研究。首先进行了点荷载实验以及结构面的调查,并在此基础上利用广义Hoek-Brown强度准则对岩块物理力学参数进行了工程折减处理,以此得到矿体和矽卡岩的岩体力学参数。随后,根据Q系统岩体分类方法计算了矿体以及矽卡岩的Q值,并据此选取了支护参数、制定了施工方案。最后,根据设计的支护方案对巷道支护效果进行了数值模拟验证,并应用于实践当中。结果表明:未受采动压力作用的矽卡岩和矿石部位,使用2.4 m长的锚杆进行锚网喷支护可以满足稳定性的要求,在此前提下,每米巷道可以节省支护成本1800元。

Study on the technology of shotcrete support for broken surrounding rock in Xishimen Iron Mine
Abstract:Abstract: In order to solve the problems of high cost and unsatisfactory performance of arch support in the roadway of skarn and better integrity ore parts in the northern area of Xishimen iron mine, anchor net spraying technology is adopted to support the roadway. In order to obtain the ideal support effect, the support parameters need to be studied. Firstly, point load and structural plane surveys were performed. Based on this, the generalized Hoek-Brown strength criterion was used to reduce the physical and mechanical parameters of the rock blocks to obtain the mechanical parameters of the ore body and skarn. Subsequently, the Q values of the ore body and skarn were calculated according to the Q system rock mass classification method, and the supporting parameters were selected and the construction scheme was formulated. Finally, numerical simulation verification of the support effect of the roadway was carried out according to the design scheme, and it was applied in practice. The results showed that: for skarn and ore parts that are not subjected to mining pressure, the use of 2.4 m long anchor rods for bolt-net-spray support can meet the requirements of stability. Under this premise, 1800 yuan can be saved in the support cost of per meter roadway.
