南芬露天铁矿高陡边坡失稳全过程物理模型试验研究

中文摘要:利用自主研发的深部地质工程灾害模型试验系统进行试验,模拟滑坡大变形失稳破坏的全过程。在模型内部布设小型NPR锚索进行力学监测,同时采用数字散斑技术对边坡位移进行监测,从试验角度研究滑坡大变形破坏时的边坡内部应力变化规律及NPR锚索在大变形破坏条件下表现出的力学特性。试验结果表明:边坡破坏表现出明显阶段性演化过程,大致可划分为四个阶段:(1)软化压密阶段;(2)裂纹产生阶段;(3)裂纹扩展阶段;(4)滑动面贯通阶段。边坡失稳破坏过程中,NPR锚索在发生较大变形但未发生破断失效,表明锚索能够在滑坡全过程中对其进行持续监测和加固。NPR锚索在试验过程中的受力特征与现场滑坡牛顿力监测结果相吻合,证明NPR锚索在滑坡超前预警方面具有有效性及合理性。

Physical Model Test Research on the Whole Process of High and Steep Slope Instability in Nanfen Open-pit Iron Mine
Abstract:A physical model for the footwall slope of the Nanfen open-pit mine, China is established using a self-developed deep geological engineering disaster model test system. Model scale NPR anchor cables are installed inside the model to carry out deep mechanical monitoring. The digital speckle technique is used to monitor displacement of the slope model. From an experimental point of view, the variation law of shear strength parameters of weak structural plane and the mechanical support characteristics of NPR anchor cable under the condition of large landslide deformation and failure are examined. Results of this model test show that slope failure has four distinct stages: (1) soil compaction stage; (2) crack generation stage; (3) crack propagation stage; (4) sliding surface penetration stage. During slope failure, the NPR anchor cable experiences large deformation but incurs no damage, indicating that the NPR anchor cable can be continuously monitored and reinforced during deformation and failure of the landslide. The stress characteristics of NPR anchor cables during the test are consistent with the monitoring results of the Newtonian force at the landslide site, which proves that NPR anchor cable is effective and reasonable in landslide monitoring and early warning.
