沟谷地形下近浅埋煤层工作面矿压显现规律研究

中文摘要:为掌握沟谷地形下近浅埋煤层工作面矿压显现规律,以王家岭煤矿20105工作面地质条件及生产实践为基础,采用顶板动态监测系统,分别对不同坡体下工作面液压支架工作阻力特性进行观测,分析了沟谷垂深、坡体角度、冲沟切割系数对工作面矿压显现的影响。研究表明,沿工作面倾向不同区域的来压步距、持续时间及来压强度均不同,工作面中部的初次及周期来压强度均大于工作面两端的来压强度;相较于沟谷垂深及坡体角度,冲沟切割系数是影响工作面矿压显现的主要因素,冲沟切割系数大于0.4时,支架阻力增量超过8%,冲沟切割系数小于0.17时,支架阻力增量变化不明显。近浅埋煤层的基岩厚度较大,且存在双关键层结构,沟谷地形对其支架阻力的影响程度相对较低。

Study on ground pressure behaviors of working face in nearly shallow coal seam under gully terrain
Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of gully terrain on ground pressure behavior in nearly shallow coal seam, the 20105 working face in Wangjialing coal mine is taken as the research object, and the working resistance characteristics of hydraulic support under different slopes are measured and analyzed by using the top dynamic monitoring system. The research shows that the pressure step distance, duration and pressure intensity are different in different regions along the working face. Compared with the vertical depth of gully and the angle of slope body, the gully cutting coefficient is the main factor affecting the appearance of ground pressure. When the gully cutting coefficient is greater than 0.4, the increment of support resistance exceeds 8%, and when the gully cutting coefficient is less than 0.17, the change of support resistance is not obvious. The influence of gully topography on the support resistance of near-shallow coal seam is relatively low.
