某硫化铅锌矿浮选工艺研究

中文摘要:以甘肃某含银硫化铅锌矿为研究对象,确定了铅锌顺序优先浮选的工艺流程,其中铅浮选作业采用硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠作为组合抑制剂,BK919为捕收剂,锌浮选作业以硫酸铜为活化剂,以丁黄药为捕收剂。结果表明:针对含Pb 1.74%、Zn 2.86%、Ag 24.44g/t的原矿,闭路试验可以获得良好的选矿指标,其中铅精矿的Pb品位为58.25%、含Ag 582g/t,Pb回收率和Ag回收率分别为85.39%和67.58%,锌精矿的Zn品位为45.09%、Zn回收率达到82.05%,实现了矿石中有用金属的高效综合回收。

Flotation technology research on a lead-zinc sulfide ore
Abstract:In this paper, the selective flotation process was adopted for solving technological problems of a silver-containing lead-zinc sulfide ore in Gansu province. In lead flotation , zinc sulfate + sodium sulfite was used as a combined depressant to inhibit zinc, novel selectivity collector of BK919 was used as lead collector, and in zinc flotation, copper sulfate and butyl xanthate were used as activator and collector respectively. By closed-circuit tests, from raw ore with Pb 1.74%, Zn 2.86%, Ag 24.44g/t, lead concentrate of 58.25% Pb with a recovery of 85.39% and zinc concentrate of 45.09% Zn with a recovery of 82.05% were obtained, respectively. Meanwhile the Ag content of lead concentrate was 582g/t, and the Ag recovery was 67.58%. The study realized the good comprehensive recovery of valuable metals in the ore.
