粉煤灰对三山岛金矿充填体强度影响的试验研究

中文摘要:为了研究和提高三山岛金矿分级尾砂胶结充填体的抗压强度,在充填体中加入粉煤灰及粉煤灰活化剂(CaO)以提高充填体的早期强度。设计了不同粉煤灰掺量替代胶结剂的充填体强度试验和最优粉煤灰掺量条件下不同CaO掺量的充填体强度试验,研究了粉煤灰掺量和CaO掺量与充填体强度之间的关系,并对出现这种关系的原因进行了理论分析。试验结果表明,当粉煤灰掺量为5%时,充填体试样的强度最大,充填用水中的Na+、Ca2+、Cl-离子对提高充填体的早期强度起了关键作用。当CaO掺量为最优粉煤灰掺量的20%时,各养护龄期的充填体强度最大。最终确定三山岛金矿分级尾砂胶结充填体粉煤灰掺量为5%,粉煤灰活化剂(CaO)的掺量为20%。

Experimental Study on Influence of Fly Ash on Backfill Strength of Sanshandao Gold Mine
Abstract:In order to study and improve the compressive strength of the graded tailings cemented backfill in Sanshandao Gold Mine, fly ash and fly ash activator (CaO) were added to the backfill to improve the early strength. The backfill body strength test with different fly ash content instead of cement was designed and the filling test of different CaO content under the optimal fly ash content was studied. The fly ash content and CaO content with backfill strength were studied. The reasons for this relationship was analyzed. The test results showed that when the fly ash content was 5%, the strength of the backfill samples were the largest, and the Na+, Ca2+ and Cl- ions in the filling water played a key role in improving the early strength of the backfill body. When the CaO content was 20% of the optimum fly ash content, the backfill body strength of each curing age was the largest. It was finally determined that the amount of fly ash in the graded tailings cemented backfill of the Sanshandao Gold Mine was 5%, and the amount of fly ash activator (CaO) was 20%.
