破碎风化砂粗骨料高浓度充填料浆输送阻力特性分析

中文摘要:矿山充填管道输送系统的设计主要依据充填料浆输送阻力的特性参数,依此来确定输送方式、管径、流速等输送参数,某银矿通过改造矿山闲置的一套混凝土搅拌站,采用矿山周边地表丰富的风化砂经破碎后作为充填骨料制备充填料浆,为了确定管道输送参数,通过流变仪对不同配比的充填料浆的流变参数进行测定,计算不同工况条件下的管道阻力损失数据,同时与经验公式计算的结果进行比较,从而为矿山充填输送系统设计提供依据。

Analysis of resistance characteristics of coarse aggregate filling slurry in weathered sand
Abstract:The design of the mine filling pipeline conveying system is mainly based on the characteristic parameters of the conveying resistance of filling slurry, in order to determine the conveying mode, pipe diameter, flow rate and other transport parameters, a silver mine through the renovation of a set of idle concrete mixing plant, using the surrounding mining surface rich weathering sand as filling aggregate preparation of filling slurry, In order to determine pipeline conveying parameters, the rheological parameters of different ratios of filling slurry were measured by rheometer, and the data of pipeline resistance loss under different working conditions were calculated, which provided the basis for the design of mine filling and conveying system.
