重金属火法冶炼污酸废水中有价金属回收实验研究

中文摘要:随着国家排放标准的日趋严格,污酸废水已逐渐成为影响有色冶炼企业可持续发展的环保瓶颈问题。本实验以某铜冶炼企业污酸废水为例,采用控制硫化法对污酸中有价金属的回收展开研究,经过实验得出:不调节pH值、ORP 240mv-260mv、反应时间15min的条件下硫化反应产生的硫化渣可以回用到火法冶炼配料,实现有价金属铜的资源化。

Experimental study on recovery of valuable metals in heavy metal smelting waste water
Abstract:The smelting enterprises are facing serious development challenge with the lower discharge limit for wastewater of national standard.The smelting acid wastewater collected from a copper smelting enterprise was studied as a case study, the recovery of valuable metals from waste acid was studied by controlling sulfide. The results showed it was obtained that the pH value was not adjusted, the ORP was 240mp-260mv, and the reaction time was 15min. The sulfurization residue generated by the sulfurization reaction could be recycled into the metallurgical ingredients by fire method to realize the recycling of valuable metal copper.
