地浸钻井潜水泵下井深度与抽液量的关系研究

中文摘要:为了查明地浸钻井下井深度与抽液量的关系,在新疆某铀矿床7#采区开展大流量潜水泵抽水试验研究,探明了潜水泵下井深度与其抽液量及有效功率之间的对应关系:⑴在同一下井深度条件下,潜水泵工作频率越高,抽液量越大,有效功率越大;⑵潜水泵在动水位以下时,其下井深度对抽液量和钻井内水位降深影响较小。并总结确定了潜水泵下井深度的计算公式,为不同涌水条件下地浸工艺钻井潜水泵的合理选型提供了参考依据。

Study on the relationship between the downhole depth and the amount of liquid pumping in submersible pump for in-situ leaching
Abstract:In order to find out the relationship between the downhole depth and the amount of liquid pumping in submersible pump for in-situ leaching, a large-flow submersible pump pumping test was carried out in the 7# mining area of a uranium deposit in Xinjiang. The corresponding relationship between the downhole depth and the amount of liquid pumping and the effective power of submersible pump was explored:⑴under the same downhole depth, the higher the operating frequency of submersible pump, the greater the amount of liquid pumping, the greater the effective power; ⑵when the submersible pump is below the dynamic water level,the downhole depth of which has little effect on the amount of liquid pumping and the drawdown of the water level. The calculation formula for determining the downhole depth of submersible pump was summarized, which provides a reference for the rational selection of submersible pumps for in-situ leaching process under different water gushing conditions.
