阿舍勒铜矿胶凝材料优化试验研究

中文摘要:为了在保证充填体质量的前提下降低充填成本,本文开展了胶凝材料优化试验研究,提出了优配的水泥配料组成:水泥熟料74%、炉渣20%、石膏6%,混磨比表面积为460㎡/kg。通过不同混磨细度情况下自制水泥的试块单轴抗压强度实验及数据分析,结果表明,水泥细度对其强度的影响不大,但是取消水泥中非活性成分,用具有活性且成本低廉的炉渣代替,对于提高水泥强度效果明显。采用优配水泥做充填胶结剂相较于M22.5水泥,每年可节省充填费用292.58万元,成本节约率9.14%,对降低充填成本具有重要意义。

Experimental Study on Optimization of Cementitious Materials in the Ashele copper mine
Abstract:In order to reduce the filling cost on the premise of guaranteeing the quality of filling material, this paper carries out the optimization test of cementing material, and puts forward the optimum cement ingredient composition: cement clinker 74%, slag 20%, gypsum 6%, specific surface area of mixing is 460㎡/kg. The uniaxial compressive strength experiment and data analysis of self-made cement samples under different mixing fineness show that the cement fineness has little effect on its strength, but t we use the active and low-cost slag to replace the inactive components in cement, which can improve the strength of cement obviously. Compared with M22.5 cement, the filling cost using excellent cement as filling cementing material can be reduced by 2.9258 million yuan and the cost saving rate is 9.14%. This is of great significance to reduce the filling cost.
