大倾角厚煤层沿空掘巷窄煤柱留设尺寸研究

中文摘要:针对新疆矿区煤炭开采普遍留设大区段煤柱,造成煤炭资源大量浪费的问题,以准南煤矿大倾角厚煤层综放工作面为工程背景,采用理论计算、数值模拟、现场实测的方法,研究了工作面侧向支承压力分布规律,提出了窄煤柱沿空掘巷的巷道位置范围,并对不同宽度窄煤柱的支承压力、塑性区及巷道变形量做了数值模拟分析,结果表明合理的窄煤柱尺寸为5~6m,研究结果对该矿实施窄煤柱沿空掘巷提供一定的参考依据。

Study on Narrow Coal Pillar Setting Size of Gob-side Driving Roadway in Thick Coal Seam with Large Dip Angle
Abstract:For coal mining Xinjiang generally reserved big pillar, causing a huge waste of coal resources problem, quasi in great inclined thick coal seam working face south coal mine as the engineering background, through theoretical calculation, numerical simulation, field test, study the lateral surface work supporting pressure distribution, put forward the narrow coal column Along the roadway position range of goaf, and the abutment pressure of different width of narrow coal pillar"s plastic zone and the numerical simulation analyzed the deformation, narrow coal pillar size results show that reasonable 5~6m. The technology of narrow coal pillar driving along goaf is feasible in this mine..
