基于ANSYS有限元软件的隧道结构受力分析

中文摘要:为保证隧道施工安全,降低隧道设计成本。基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立“荷载-结构模型”,把水压按照径向方向再置换为等效节点力,分解为水平和竖直方向加载,采用 “Druck-Prager”屈服准则,对隧道结构进行位移、弯矩、剪力、轴力等分析。得出:初期支护需要加强仰拱顶和拱脚处;对弯矩较大的仰拱中部,设计施工时可使仰拱尽量与底部轮廓顺接,并增设钢筋网,以增强其抗弯拉能力;在拱脚处采用多条圆弧过渡,并加厚其结构厚度。针对重点部位及危险程度,采取相应的安全防护措施,有效降低施工作业安全风险,保证隧道安全施工。为隧道设计施工方案提供参考。

Stress analysis of tunnel structure based on ANSYS finite element software
Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of tunnel construction and reduce the cost of tunnel design.Based on the ANSYS finite element analysis software, the "load -structure model" is set up, the water pressure in the radial direction of displacement as the equivalent nodal force again, broken down into horizontal and vertical direction load, adopting "Druck - Prager" yield criterion, the tunnel structure displacement, bending moment, shear force and axial force analysis. Obtain results: the initial support needs to be strengthened at the pitching and arch feet;for the middle part of the inverted arch with larger bending moment,the invert can be designed and constructed in accordance with the bottom contour as far as possible,and reinforce the reinforcement net to enhance its bending resistance;multiple arc transition at the arch foot and thickening of its structural thickness.In view of the key parts and the dangerous degree, take corresponding safety protection measures, effectively reduce the safety risk of construction operation, and ensure the safe construction of the tunnel.It provides reference for tunnel design and construction scheme.
