深部软岩巷道稳定性及支护技术研究

中文摘要:针对深部高应力软岩巷道围岩破碎、变形大、支护困难等问题,以小康矿S2S2工作面运输巷为工程背景,首先通过现场观测归纳巷道变形破坏特征为:变形大且速度快,顶板严重流变、底鼓量大,支护构件发生屈服破断。然后,根据软岩巷道支护原理,提出了S2S2工作面运输巷支护优化方案,即采用“高强锚(索)喷网配合U型钢可缩支架及壁后充填”的支护技术。并利用ANSYS模拟软件对原方案和优化方案的支护效果模拟验证,同时在S2S2工作面运输巷进行现场试验。结果表明:优化方案可有效限制巷道变形,巷道服务期间顶板最大下沉量588mm,两帮最大移近量为211mm,冒顶、片帮事故发生,发挥了巷道围岩承载能力,支护效果好。

Study on Surrounding Rock Stability and Support Technology of Deep Soft Rock Roadway
Abstract:The research aims at the problems of large deformation, broken surrounding rock and difficult supporting in the deep roadway which has a high stress level. First, through the field observation, the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway are summed up as follows: large deformation and fast speed, serious rheology of the roof, large amount of bottom drum, and yielding and breaking of the supporting component. Then, According to the supporting principle of soft rock roadway, the optimization support scheme of S2S2 working face haulage roadway is put forward, that is, the support technology of high strength anchorage shotcrete and U steel retractable support and backwall filling is used. Finally, ANSYS simulation software is used to simulate and verify the effect of the original support scheme and optimization scheme. The results showed that the optimization scheme can effectively limit the deformation of laneway, the maximum subsidence of roof is 588mm,and the maximum distance between two-side is 211mm, no roof and side fall accident and occurred supporting results was good.
