西藏某铜铅锌银多金属矿选矿试验研究

中文摘要:某铜铅锌银多金属矿矿石中的主要有用元素为铜、铅、锌,伴生元素有银、镉、铋。采用“部分混合浮选抑锌浮铜铅——铜铅分离流程”回收铜、铅、锌。获得的铜精矿Cu品位及回收率分别为29.22%、88.87%;铅精矿Pb品位及回收率分别为55.50%、85.89%;锌精矿Zn品位及回收率分别为50.35%、79.35%。其中银铋主要富集在铜精矿、铅精矿中,镉主要富集在锌精矿中。本次试验将三个主元素有效分离并获得了合格产品,同时对伴生元素进行了综合回收,指标理想,为该矿的开发利用提供了可靠的途径。

Experimental Study on Mineral Processing of a Copper Lead Zinc Silver Polymetallic Ore in Tibet
Abstract:The main useful elements in a copper lead, zinc and silver polymetallic ore are copper, lead and zinc, and the associated elements are silver, cadmium and bismuth.Copper, lead and zinc were recovered by "partial bulk flotation - floating copper and lead depressing zinc-separation of copper and lead process". The grade and recovery rate of copper concentrate were Cu29.22% and 88.87%, respectively. The grade and recovery of lead concentrate were Pb 55.50% and 85.89%, respectively, and the zinc concentrate grade and recovery rate were Zn 50.35% and 79.35%, respectively. The silver bismuth is mainly concentrated in copper concentrate and lead concentrate, and cadmium is mainly concentrated in zinc concentrate. In this experiment, the three main elements were effectively separated and qualified products were obtained. At the same time, the associated elements were comprehensively recovered and the indicators were ideal, which provided a reliable way for the development and utilization of the mine.
