深部厚矿体低贫损分段崩落法技术研究

中文摘要:摘要:中段及以上水平采用上向干式充填采矿法,但常伴随着的矿石损失大、安全条件差与生产能力低等技术风险。为最大限度的提高矿石回收率、降低贫化率,保证采场作业安全,以-350m水平为界进行采矿方法过度,通过对采矿方法对比分析,-350m水平以下拟采用低贫损分段崩落法替代上向干式充填采矿法。通过分析分段高度、进路间距、崩落步距以及回收进路的选择对分段崩落法采场结构优化,确定采场参数为:分段高度6~7m,进路间距7m~8m,崩矿步距1.1m,最大拉底高度为4.5m,工业性实验表明,在此参数下7#矿体能够实现低成本、低损失率、安全环境好和贫化率可控的高效率开采。

The Technology Study of the Sublevel Caving in Deep Thick ore Body
Abstract:There are secondary structural fracture distribution in the 7#ore body and wall rock of the mine.at the top of the section ,it contain the 5-10meter fault gouge,it is soft and easy to take ,the ore body strong is low and easy to caving.don’t adopt the way of large span under open stoping mining.at the -350meter and above the section ,which adopt the dry filling mining way,but it is high loss of ore and poor safety condition and low production capacity .In order to improve the recovery rate of the ore, reduce the rate of dilution, be sure of the safety of the stope operation. So transition to the method that mining at the -350m.In terms of the contrast of the mining method and analysis. The under -350m,It should be the subsection caving method with low poverty and loss that it replace the dry filling mining method. Although analyzing the heigh of the section, distance between paths, Caving step distance, as well as selection of Recycling approach. And optimize the sublevel caving stope structure. Ensure Stope parameters as follow: Subsection height 6 m; Path spacing 7m~8m, Caving distance 1.1 m, Maximum bottom height 4.5m,The industry experiment show that the 7# mine can be exploited with high efficiency, through Low cost, low loss rate, good safety environment and controllable dilution rate.
