某铁矿采空区治理技术研究

中文摘要:某铁矿采用留矿法开采,生产中在井下形成了不同规模的采空区,并在空区顶板遗留了部分高品位矿石,为了消除空区存在对井下生产及地表环境设施造成的威胁,并适时回收顶板高品位矿石,本文采用相似模拟实验分析了充填散体结拱及流动特性,确定了地表充填井合理尺寸及布置参数。结合空区存在状态,提出了地表钻孔监测与废石充填相结合的采空区治理方法;根据空区顶板矿体分布情况,研究提出了地表台阶剥离 中深孔爆破的顶板矿体回收方法。该方法已被矿山成功应用,可为类似条件矿山的采空区治理提供借鉴。

Study on control technology of goafs in the Iron Mine
Abstract:The Iron Mine was mined by using the short-hole shrinkage method. In the production, various sizes of goafs were formed under the ground, and some high-grade ore was left above the goaf-roof. In order to eliminate the threat of the goaf to underground production and surface environment and facilities, and timely recovery of high-grade ore, similar laboratory experiments are used to analyze the arch and flow characteristics of the filling granular media, and to determine the reasonable size and arrangement spacing of the surface filling wells. Combining with the status of goafs, a control method of goafs is put forward, which is combined with surface drilling monitoring and waste rock filling. According to the distribution of the roof orebody, the goaf-roof orebody recovery method combined with surface step peeling and deep hole blasting is further proposed. This method has been successfully applied in the mine and can provide reference for the goaf control with similar conditions.
