中文摘要:220T级MT4400矿用自卸卡车是胜利露天煤矿运输物料的主要设备。本文利用多体动力学分析了MT4400矿用自卸卡车A型架的前牵引节头及前横拉杆的受力方向与受力的大小,在A型架的有限元模型上加载了胜利露天煤矿最恶劣工作环境下的载荷,通过有限元的计算方式得出A型架应力,并将此应力同A型架实验测试应力做对比,对比结果显示有限元分析结果误差在允许范围里,证明了有限元模型的可靠性;在用此模型进行拓扑优化,将优化过的模型施加约束力进行多环境拓扑优化模型的建立,经过优化的A型架具备最大应力降低20.1%,自身重量降低7.2%,A型架应力均匀分布的特征。

Simulation design of A frame for MT4400 mine truck
Abstract:The 220T class MT4400 mine dump truck is the main equipment for transporting materials in Shengli open pit coal mine. This paper uses multibody dynamics to analyze the force direction and force of the front and front pull rod of the A frame of the MT4400 dump truck, and load the load under the worst working environment of the A type frame. The stress of the A frame is obtained by the finite element method, and the stress is put into the stress. Compared with the experimental test stress of A frame, the comparison results show that the error of the finite element analysis results is in the allowable range, and the reliability of the finite element model is proved. The topology optimization of the model is applied to the topology optimization of the optimized model, and the optimized A frame has the greatest stress. The force is reduced by 20.1%, the self weight is reduced by 7.2%, and the stress of the A frame is evenly distributed.
