粗骨料膏体充填料浆流变特性与管道输送阻力计算

中文摘要:通过粗骨料膏体充填料浆流动性及泌水率试验,测试了粗骨料膏体流动性及泌水率,确定了粗骨料膏体可实现管道输送的质量浓度范围;并理论分析建立了基于流变参数计算粗骨料膏体料浆管道输送阻力数学模型;同时在可实现管道输送粗骨料膏体料浆质量浓度范围内,采用美国Brookfield 公司的RST-SST型软固体流变仪测试了不同浓度、灰砂比条件下的粗骨料膏体料浆流变参数;结合管道输送阻力数学计算模型,计算不同浓度、灰砂比、管径及流量条件下的粗骨料膏体料浆管道输送阻力;最终根据计算结果及矿山生产情况,选取了最佳的粗骨料膏体料浆管道输送参数,为粗骨料膏体充填料浆管道安全、可靠输送提供了支撑。

Rheological properties of coarse aggregate paste slurry and calculation of resistance in pipeline transportation
Abstract:Through the test of fluidity and bleeding rate of coarse aggregate paste slurry, the mass concentration range of pipeline transportation was determined. Based on the Bingham rheological equation, the mathematical model of the pipeline transportation resistance was deduced. The RST-SST soft solid tester was used to measure the rheological parameters under different slurry concentration and cement-sand ratio. Combined with the pipeline resistance model, the pipeline resistance under different conditions of concentration, cement-sand ratio, pipe diameter and flow rate were obtained. According to the actual production conditions, the optimal parameters of pipeline transportation were selected to provide reliable technical support for the safe transportation of the filling slurry pipeline.
