半水封与水预湿联合降尘技术在昆阳磷矿的实验研究

中文摘要:为了控制爆破粉尘以及有害气体的产生,依据降尘原理,在昆阳磷矿设计了四种方案开展爆破降尘实验。其中,方案一为对照方案,方案二为单纯水预湿方案,方案三为单纯半水封方案,方案四为半水封与水预湿联合实施方案。通过现场试验得到如下结论:距爆区50m处起爆4s后2min内测得的粉尘平均浓度大小关系为方案一(0.51 mg/m3)>方案二(0.43 mg/m3)>方案三(0.24 mg/m3)>方案四(0.17 mg/m3)。综合考虑现场施工操作难易程度和实投际入,半水封与水预湿技术联合实施降尘效果最好,适用于昆阳磷矿的爆破降尘,为矿山创造了良好的工作环境,具有较好的推广应用价值。

The experimental study of semi-water sealing and pre-watering combined dust removal technology in Kunyang Phosphate Mine
Abstract:In order to control the blasting dust and blasting harmful gases, the experiments of blasting dust control with four schemes were carried out in Kunyang phosphate mine based on the principle of blasting dust and harmful gases. In the four scheme, the first one is the comparison experiment, the second is the pre-watering scheme, and the other three is the semi-water seal scheme, and the other four is the combined scheme semi-water sealing and pre-watering.Through field test get the following conclusion: 50 meters away from blasting zone after initiating 4 seconds in 2 min closed at average concentration of dust size relations to Scenario one (0.51mg/m3) > Scenario two (0.43mg/m3) > Scenario three (0.24mg/m3) > Scenario four (0.17 mg/m3). Considering the difficulty level and actual input of site construction operation., combined semi-water seal and pre-watering technology of blasting dust control is best suitable for the Kunyang phosphate mine to create a good working environment for the mine production. So it has good application value.
