电磁超声导波信号采集分析系统的设计与实现

中文摘要:锚杆作为支护工具被越来越多的使用,而长期使用中会出现裂纹、腐蚀、孔洞等缺陷。电磁超声技术作为一种非触式探伤技术在锚杆损检测中具有广泛的应用前景。为了克服电磁超声超声导波非平稳、多模态、易频散,回波噪声多等问题,本文以锚杆的电磁超声检测为例,设计了一种信号采集分析系统。该系统通过采集卡将采集到的信号实时传递给上位机,使用LabVIEW和MATLAB混合编程的方法进行信号处理,从而减小了噪声对于信号的干扰,提高了信噪比。对于实验结果表明:该系统使用改进的希尔伯特变换方法,能够提高信噪比,而且传输性能好,可对信号进行采集与分析。

Design and implementation of electromagnetic wave signal acquisition and analysis system
Abstract:The bolt is used more and more as a support tool, and the defects such as crack, corrosion, hole and so on will appear in the long term use.As a non touch detection technique, magnetic ultrasonic technology has a wide application prospect in nondestructive testing of bolt. In order to overcome the electromagnetic ultrasonic guided wave is stable, multi-mode, easy dispersion, echo noise and other issues. Taking the electromagnetic ultrasonic testing of bolt as an example, a signal acquisition and analysis system is designed.The system transfers the collected signals to the host computer in real time through the acquisition card, and uses LabVIEW and MATLAB mixed programming to process the signal, so as to reduce the noise''s interference to the signal and improve the signal-to-noise ratio. The experimental results show that the system use the improved Hilbert transform method can improve the signal to noise ratio, the transmission performance is good, and the signal can be collected and analyzed.
