大直径暗立井反井一次成井施工技术

中文摘要:针对目前大直径暗立井施工存在的效率低、安全性差等问题,提出了反井一次成井工艺。介绍了反井钻机设备选型、施工现场布置、井下运输与安装、导孔与扩孔钻进等施工过程及注意事项。该工艺在煤矿、非金属矿、水电站等行业的地下工程进行了应用。实践表明,在考虑设备重量、外形尺寸、起吊点等因素基础上,选用模块化反井钻机、分段连接基础钢梁、拼接式扩孔钻头等装备,采用履带底盘运输、在硐顶安装多组吊运锚索等方法,在施工中合理布置稳定钻杆、严格控制钻进参数,反井一次成井技术能够实现大直径暗立井安全经济高效施工。

Construction Technology of Reaming Once with Raiseborer in Large Diameter Staple Shaft
Abstract:Aiming at the problems such as low efficiency and poor safety in the construction of large diameter staple shafts, shaft reaming once with raiseborer was put forward; This paper introduces the selection, layout, transportation and installation of the equipment, the construction process and precautions of the pilot hole and raise hole. The technology has been applied in the shaft construction successfully in the coal, non-metallic minerals, hydropower and other underground engineering. Practice shows that the new technology realizes the safe economy and high efficient construction in large diameter staple shaft,through the selection of modular raiseborer, split-connected steel beams, spliced reamer and other equipment, transporting by the crawler chassis, hoisting by multiple sets of rock bolts installed in the roadway roof, reasonable arrangement of stabilizers, strict control of drilling parameters in the process of construction,based on the consideration of the machine''s weight, size and lifting point.
