某铜铅锌多金属矿铜铅分离绿色清洁抑制剂应用研究(增刊)

中文摘要:传统铜铅分离方法主要采用氰化物抑铜或重铬酸钾抑铅来实现铜铅分离,由于所用药剂均含剧毒,给生产实践带来严重的环境污染,已经陆续限制使用。研制新型无毒铜铅分离抑制剂日益迫切且意义重大。某铜铅锌多金属矿含铜0.70%,铅1.60%,锌4.92%,采用铜铅混合浮选-铜铅分离-混合浮选尾矿选锌的原则工艺流程,获得铜铅混合精矿含铜10.44%,铅30.23%,针对该铜铅混合精矿,本文研究采用绿色清洁抑制剂BK505,较好的解决了铜铅互含的难题,获得了理想的铜铅指标。实验室铜铅分离闭路试验获得了铜精矿铜品位20.42%,铜作业回收率82.48%,铅精矿铅品位46.05%,铅作业回收率88.13%。

Application research of the greening-cleaning depressor on the copper lead separation of the copper-lead-zinc polymetallic ore
Abstract:Traditional copper lead separation method are mainly adopt cyanide to depress copper or potassium dichromate to depress lead, then realize the separation between copper and lead. But the reagents are both toxic, which are bringing serious environmental pollution during the production practice, so it is limited using successively. It is urgent and significant to develop new nontoxic copper lead separation depressor. The copper-lead-zinc polymetallic ore, which containing Cu 0.70%, Pb 1.60% and Zn 4.92%. By using the principle technological process of copper lead bulk flotation-copper lead separation-zinc flotation from the copper lead flotation tailings, obtained the copper lead bulk concentrate, which containing Cu 10.44%, Pb 30.23%. Aim at the copper lead bulk concentrate, this paper researched on the greening-cleaning depressor BK505, work out the problem of copper lead contained between each other, obtained ideal result of copper concentrate and lead concentrate. The copper lead separation results of laboratory close circuit are: the copper concentrate assaying Cu 20.42%, stage recovery of Cu 82.48%, the lead concentrate assaying Pb 46.05%, stage recovery of Pb 88.13%.
