中文摘要:从特大型回转窑项目实施面临的大件运输等问题入手,提出了适合于现场制作的特大型回转窑设计和现场制作方案;通过力学平衡实例解算,解决了回转窑用自定位滑履轴承设计的关键技术—滑履托瓦倾角的确定;运用比照法对特大型回转窑的设计方案进行评估,得出结论:使用滑履轴承,大齿圈多瓣组合,可以解决了特大型回转窑大件运输问题;通过对变位系数进行合理分配和采用斜齿轮传动,可以满足大功率传动要求;采用自定位滑履轴承,不但省去了挡轮装置,而且使滑履与滑环接触面自动吻合,可以避免热工制度改变和操作等原因造成的轮带托轮不正常磨损。

Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures of Project Implementation for Super Large Rotary Kiln
Abstract:Starting from the problems of transportation project of large rotary kiln facing the implementation, put forward suitable for on-site production of large rotary kiln design and on-site production plan; through the example of mechanical equilibrium solution, solves the key technology to determine the self positioning slide shoe bearing design of the sliding angle of the pillow with rotary kiln; the use of contrast method the large rotary kiln design scheme is evaluated, the conclusion is: sliding bearings, gear ring valve combination, can solve the large rotary kiln transportation problem; through the modification coefficient of the rational distribution and use helical gears, can meet the high power transmission requirements; the self positioning of slipper bearing. Not only eliminates the block wheel device and the sliding contact surface and slip ring automatic anastomosis, can avoid the thermal system change and operational reasons such as tyre roller is not positive Often wear.
