中文摘要:切实可行的生态综合治理规划是指导矿业地区经济转型与可持续发展的重要手段。本文在分析城郊采煤迹地复合系统基本特征、共轭关系、规划路径的基础上,编制了太原市孟家沟矿区的生态综合治理规划。研究表明共轭规划方法能为城郊采煤迹地生态综合治理规划提供基本途径,共轭规划的关键是协调城市与乡村、生产与生活、资源与环境、景观与产业四个方面的共轭关系,类似地区可以采用共轭规划方法,以多规融合和整合统一的思想来统筹组织村庄整治、生态修复、产业发展与乡村转型等综合治理项目。

Conjugate Planning for Comprehensive Ecological Remediation of Suburb Post-mined Land in Western China
Abstract:A feasible comprehensive ecological remediation plan plays an important role for the transformation development and sustainable development in mining area. This paper analyzed the basic characteristics, conjugates relationship and realizing route of complex systems in post-mind land, and compiled the comprehensive ecological remediation planning with a case study in Mengjiagou, Taiyuan city. The results show that conjugate planning is a feasible method for comprehensive ecological remediation on suburb abandoned mine land. The key problem of conjugate planning is to coordinate the relationship in urban-rural, production-life, resources-environment, and landscape-industry. For multiple planning integration and overall development, conjugate planning is a better method to organize village renovation, ecological restoration and industrial development for the transformation in post-mined land in western China.
