基于测斜监测技术的钻孔质量分析及对策研究

中文摘要:为了准确掌握深部岩体钻孔的偏斜情况。采用现场测试和理论分析的方法,以新疆伽师铜矿项目为依托,借助EXCEL编辑校正平均角法公式,处理现场实测数据,利用CAD绘制钻孔倾斜平面图及纵断面透视图,分析深部钻孔质量并提出相应的对策。研究表明:现场采用KXP-2D小孔径罗盘测斜仪进行钻孔测斜,可测得较为准确的数据。由于矿体自身稳定性差,钻孔深度较深,导致钻孔偏斜角度较大,且钻孔偏斜角随着钻孔深度的增加不断增大,钻孔深度超过25m,钻孔底部出现塌孔的现象,其中5排和6排的钻孔钻进围岩中,影响钻孔的质量。因此,对于钻孔钻进围岩的矿体,按照潜孔凿岩爆破法开采,对于在矿体内的钻孔采用VCR法,以满足采矿过程中安全性和经济性的要求。

The hole drilling`s quality analysis and countermeasures research
Abstract:In-situ tests and theoretical analysis were done in Jiashi copper mine Xinjiang to get the information of the quality of deep holes drilling. The measured data management were done coordinated with Excel. And then principles of this method (plane perspective and sectional perspective) is drawn with CAD. Counter-measures for the situation were proposed after this. It shows that KXP-2D is an effective tool for the inclination survey in deep holes drilling. As the poor stability of ore-body, with the depth increase of holes, drilling axial deviation shows a trend of increase. The borehole bottom collapse when it`s depth passes 25m, rows 5 and 6 were drilled into the surrounding rocks and affect the quality of holes. So for the ore-body that the hole were drilled into surrounding rocks, short-hole shrinkage method was applied. For others that drilling holes were inside the ore-body, VCR mining method was applied to meet the need of safety and economic requirements.
