煤矸石高浓度充填料浆流变参数测试方法研究与应用

中文摘要:近年来,采用煤矸石为骨料的似膏体或膏体充填采煤技术开采“三下”压煤已成为煤矿绿色开采的一个重要方向。分析充填料浆流变参数是充填管输系统设计的基础工作。针对常规流变仪无法测试煤矸石高浓度充填料浆流变参数的实际问题,根据充填料浆粗骨料、粘度高的物料特征和流变参数测试原理,研制了煤矸石高浓度充填料浆流变参数测试仪和相应的测试方法。采用自制流变仪对公格营子矿似膏体充填料浆的流变参数进行了测试分析,确定了充填料浆管道输送的摩阻系数,为该矿充填管道系统优化设计提供了科学依据。

Research and Application of the Test Method on High Density Gangue Backfill Slurry’s Rheological Parameters
Abstract:In recent years, it has been an important direction on green mining that gangue based paste-like or paste backfill technology is used for mining coal under village, railway line and under water. The analysis of slurry’s rheological parameters is a basic work for the design of backfill pipeline system. For the practical problem that the general rheometer couldn’t test the rheological characteristic of high density gangue based backfill slurry, the rheometer on high density gangue backfill slurry’s rheological parameters and the corresponding test method are developed, according to the coarse aggregate, high viscosity material characteristics of the backfill slurry and the test theory of rheological parameters. By the test and analysis of the paste-like fill slurry’s rheological parameters of Gonggeyingzi mine with the new rheometer, the friction coefficient of the backfill pipeline transportation is determined. The research provides a scientific basis for the optimization design of the mine backfill pipeline system.
