中文摘要:针对某铁矿分段空场嗣后充填采矿法应用的材料设计实际问题,全面开展了全尾砂胶结充填材料配比试验研究。通过单轴抗压强度试验、剪切试验、单轴承压变形试验,获得了不同浓度、不同砂灰比下的充填体单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、内摩擦角及粘聚力,为采矿安全稳定性分析确定了基本技术参数。

Experimental Study on Cementing Fill Material Ratio of Total Tailings from an Iron Mine
Abstract:Against the actual problem of material design for the application of sublevel open stoping in an iron ore mine, experimental study on cementing fill material ratio of total tailings were totally carried out. Through uniaxial compressive strength test, shear test, and deformation experiment of single bearing, uniaxial compressive strength, elastic modulus, internal friction Angle and cohesive force of sand filling body were obtained under different concentration and sand-cement ratio, thus the basic technical parameters for analysis of mining safety and stability were determined.
