某磷矿碎石混凝土充填材料配比试验研究

中文摘要:针对某磷矿采用混凝土胶结充填替换掉不稳定矿柱处理空区的方案,开展了碎石混凝土充填材料配比试验研究。针对影响充填材料强度的因素,以碎石和棒磨砂作为充填骨料,试验采用正交试验的方法进行设计,并对试验结果采用DPS数据处理软件对充填体7d及28d试验结果进行非线性规划,采用二次多项式逐步回归方法,可得到单轴抗压强度与料浆浓度、砂灰比和砂石比的关系式。最终确定充填材料配比参数为砂浆浓度78%、砂灰比为2、砂石比为4:6。该配合比混凝土充填体28d单轴抗压强度可达到14MPa,7d单轴抗压强度可达到8MPa,满足采矿工艺对充填体的强度要求。

Research on ratio of gravel concrete filling materials in a Phosphorus mine
Abstract:Based on the scheme of using the concrete cement filling replace unstable pillar to deal with the cavities in a Phosphorus mine , we carried out the research on ratio of gravel concrete filling materials. According to the factors affecting the strength of filling materials, gravel and frosted rod as filling aggregate, the experiment of orthogonal experiment method is designed, and the test results using DPS data processing software to process the filling body compressive strength of 7d and 28d for nonlinear programming, using quadratic polynomial stepwise regression method, the relation between uniaxial compressive strength and material slurry concentration, sand to cement ratio and sand to gravel ratio. Ultimately we determine the filling materials proportioning parameters is that the slurry concentration is 78%,the sand to cement ratio is 2,and the sand to gravel is 4:6.The uniaxial compressive strength of concrete backfill 28d and 7d can be respectively reached 14Mpa and 8Mpa which meet the requirements of the mining technology.
