西藏某超低品位铜钼矿强化浮选工艺技术研究

中文摘要:西藏某铜钼矿铜品位0.29%,钼品位0.0082%,属超低品位铜钼矿。该矿石中主要金属矿物有黄铜矿、辉钼矿、黄铁矿等,脉石矿物主要有石英和白云母。根据矿石性质,本文研究在粗选时使用新型高效硫化矿捕收剂BKAP,精选时使用新型高效黄铁矿抑制剂BKYN,采用全开路-多次粗选工艺流程,对矿石中的含铜矿物进行强化浮选捕收,最终实验室小型闭路试验获得了铜品位20.11%,铜回收率80.43%的铜精矿,其中含钼0.51%,钼回收率73.18%。

STUDY ON THE STRENGTHENING FLOTATION TECHNOLOGY OF ULTRALOW COPPER-MOLYBDENUM ORE IN TIBET
Abstract:A copper-molybdenum ore with Cu grade of 0.29%, Mo grade of 0.0082%, belongs to ultralow grade copper-molybdenum ore. The main metal mineral in ore are chalcopyrite, molybdenite and pyrite; and the gangue minerals are mainly quarze and muscovite. According to the ore properties, this paper uses the new type and high efficient sulphide ore collector BKAP in roughing, and BKYN, which is a new type and high efficient depressant on pyrite, in cleaning, adopts full open-multiple rougning process, to strengthen collecting of copper minerals. The final laboratory closed-circuit test obtained the copper concentrate with Cu 20.11%, recovery Cu 80.43%, and Mo 0.51%, recovery Mo 73.18%.
