气体爆燃向爆轰转捩的理论分析(增刊)

中文摘要:本文在实验的基础上,对瓦斯爆炸过程中爆燃向爆轰转捩(DDT, Deflagration to Detonation Transition)问题进行了研究,并运用CJ(Chapman and Jouguet)理论计算了火焰阵面流场参数。研究结果表明:障碍物对瓦斯爆炸过程中爆燃向爆轰转捩具有诱导作用,无障碍物时爆炸波的传播速度较小,爆炸强度较弱;随着障碍物的增多,爆炸波和火焰传播速度明显增大,爆燃易于向爆轰转捩,爆炸强度和危险性显著提高。上述研究结果对于现场如何防治瓦斯爆炸,防止、降低煤矿重大事故的发生具有一定的指导作用。

Theoretical Analysis on Gas Deflagration to Detonation Transition
Abstract:The paper studies deflagration to detonation in gas explosion on the basis of experiment. The parameter of flow field for flame front is calculated by theory of CJ. The research results show that the barrier has induction effect on deflagration to detonation during the process of gas explosion transition. The propagation velocity of blast wave is small and the explosion intensity is weak without barriers. With the increase of barriers, the velocities of explosion waves and flame propagation increase and deflagration is easily transited to detonation. The intensity and risk of explosion increase significantly. The research results can be used to guide preventing gas explosion and reducing gas explosion hazard.
