中文摘要:矿井通风系统是一个具有耗散结构属性的地下环境,受外部条件变化而产生的影响非常大,特别是自然风压。通过对流体静力学原理和变频器的学习,建立自然风压的计算模型,掌握矿井通风系统常年自然风压的变化规律及对矿井通风的影响。结合自然风压时时计算模块和六大系统监测终端的运用,分析自然风压与变频器的匹配技术、变频器的节能和自然风压的利用与控制,达到对矿井通风系统主扇运行的有效控制,保持井下恒压供风并节省矿井通风能耗。

Study on Matching and Energy Saving Technology of the Mine Natural Air Pressure and Main Fan Variable-frequency Drive System
Abstract:Mine ventilation system is a underground environment which has the characters of dissipative structure, any outside conditions are likely to affect the ventilation of mine,especially the natural wind pressure. According to the study of the fluid mechanics principle and frequency converter, established the calculation model of natural wind, master the variation of mine ventilation system and the influence of the perennial natural wind pressure on mine ventilation. Combined with natural wind pressure calculation module in time and the six systems of monitoring terminal application, use and control matching technology, analysis of natural wind pressure and the energy and natural wind pressure, realize the effective control of mine main fan ventilation system speed, keep the air supply with constant pressure and to reduce energy consumption.
