高含泥矿井水除铀处理

中文摘要:在铀矿开采过程中,部分矿井的矿井水含泥量高,直接采用离子交换除铀,易发生树脂堵塞,影响生产。文章针对高含泥矿井水的除铀处理,结合某工程设计实践,从矿井水特征、处理工艺、主要设备选择、以及运行指标等方面进行了分析讨论;生产实践表明该矿井水采用一体化水处理设备预先除泥,清液离子交换除铀工艺,解决了矿井水中悬浮物对树脂床层的堵塞问题,同时各项指标达标排放,达到了设计要求。

The treatment of removing uranium from mine water with high silt content
Abstract:In the process of uranium mining, directly using ion exchange removing uranium from some mine water with high silt content is prone to clogging resin, consequently affecting production. Combining with removing uranium from some mine water with high silt content, the characteristics of mine water, treatment process, main equipment selection, the factory layout, design process and operation indexes are analyzed and discussed. Production practice shows that the treatment of mine water using integrated water treatment equipment which adopts the process of removing the mud and clear liquid ion exchange solves the suspended solids of the mine water in the resin bed blocking problem, as a result of that each index of the mine water has reached the national discharge standard.
